Job Qualifications

  • Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Operate and maintain the dish machine
  • ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
  • wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
  • hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
  • maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
  • keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
  • assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
  • support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations
