Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwasher role preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for 8 plus hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to following hygiene and food safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Keep the restaurant running smoothly by loading, running, and unloading the dish machine, and always maintaining clean silverware for the dining room
- Monitor the dish machine to ensure cleanliness and effective wash cycles, and report any problems immediately
- Handle dishes carefully to prevent breakage
- Follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety
- Fill in as needed to support smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Assist in prep tasks when needed
