Job Requirements

  • Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • Read and write handwritten notes
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Move about facility and stand for long periods
  • Walk or stand 100% of shift
  • Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • Must be disciplined and self-motivated
  • Must be friendly and able to smile while working
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be dressed in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times
  • Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in a fun environment
  • Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
  • Use chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • Safely and correctly operate all equipment
  • Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
  • Carefully sort all dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
  • Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
