Job Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial roles
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 30 pounds
- Able to follow detailed instructions and work under time constraints
- Punctual and dependable
- Compliance with personal hygiene standards as required by HACCP
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Qualifications
- Previous dishwashing experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-organized with strong prioritization skills
- Ability to handle heavy workloads
- Flexibility to work different shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Understanding of sanitation processes and HACCP guidelines
Job Duties
- Follow established hygiene and security guidelines and building entry rules
- Load dishwashing machine with soiled chinaware, trays, glasses, and silverware
- Ensure dishwashing machines operate at proper temperatures with appropriate detergents and chemicals
- Unload and store cleaned dishes and kitchenware in proper storage areas
- Sanitize kitchen trolleys, carriers, oven racks, and drawers
- Develop and adhere to sanitation schedules in compliance with SOP frequency
- Ensure all sanitation team members are knowledgeable of chemical and food safety procedures
