  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours, lift 45 lbs, and bend, climb or work in hot, wet, and damp confined spaces

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen cleaning preferred

  • flexibility to perform various tasks

Job Duties

  • Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils
  • perform general and equipment cleaning
  • handle storage and rotation of food and supplies
  • perform janitorial duties in dining service areas
  • maintain cleanliness in front and back exterior areas associated with the restaurant
  • comply with sanitary procedures and standards
  • communicate effectively with staff and management
