Job Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours, lift 45 lbs, and bend, climb or work in hot, wet, and damp confined spaces
- possess written and verbal skills for effective communication with staff and management
- must have organizational and time management skills and demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen cleaning preferred

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils
- perform general and equipment cleaning
- handle storage and rotation of food and supplies
- perform janitorial duties in dining service areas
- maintain cleanliness in front and back exterior areas associated with the restaurant
- comply with sanitary procedures and standards
- communicate effectively with staff and management
