  • able to work standing for up to 8 hours in fast-paced environment

  • ServSafe Food Handler Certification or willingness to get certified

Job Duties

  • ensure cleanliness and quality of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen items
  • follow food safety and sanitation standards consistently
  • operate dish machine at correct temperatures
  • use proper detergents and sanitizers in dishwashing and kitchen cleaning
  • abide by Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for hazardous chemical use
  • maintain safe, clean, and organized kitchen walkways
  • keep dish area free from debris at all times
  • assist with kitchen prep work, put away food orders, and rotate produce as needed
