- ServSafe Food Handler Certification or willingness to get certified

Job Duties
- ensure cleanliness and quality of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen items
- follow food safety and sanitation standards consistently
- operate dish machine at correct temperatures
- use proper detergents and sanitizers in dishwashing and kitchen cleaning
- abide by Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for hazardous chemical use
- maintain safe, clean, and organized kitchen walkways
- keep dish area free from debris at all times
- assist with kitchen prep work, put away food orders, and rotate produce as needed
