Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates, glassware, and utensils
- sanitize guest and team member touch points
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen
- ensure timely removal of dirty dishes
- assist with garbage disposal and recycling
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- support team members in maintaining a clean restaurant environment
