Job Duties
- Remove soiled plates from tables
- maintain a clean kitchen by properly washing and sorting dishes
- keep the dish area free of clutter and organized
- set up dish stations
- stand on feet for entire shift
- lift and carry up to 25 lb frequently
- occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lb
