Job Duties
- cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
- cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
- safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
- emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
- supporting cooks with prep work, preparation of signature Cheddar Bay biscuits and other tasks
- focusing on guests and team in every decision
- following all cleanliness and safety protocols
