Job Duties

pot and pan washing
walking to and from dirty dish stations to the kitchen
washing and putting away all dishes, silverware, and cooking ware in the kitchen
minor food prep when time allows with opportunities to advance to cooking roles
trash and recycle removal nightly
sweeping and mopping of your station and the back kitchen
other job duties outside of the dishroom if time allows such as helping with catering, helping with food prep, other kitchen cleaning tasks
