Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions

- Previous maintenance experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
- Keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
- Use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- Safely operate all equipment
- Clean and sanitize dishware, flatware, and glassware
- Carefully sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss
- Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies
- Handle glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
- Empty trash and maintain trash cans
- Assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts
- Assist with line maintenance, sweeping, and clearing dishes
- Assist with prep and banquet items as directed by management
- Clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
- Maintain kitchen storage cleanliness and stocking
- Clean and maintain mats
- Assist other team members as needed
- Maintain favorable working relationships to promote a cooperative work climate
- Smile and be friendly during shifts
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Follow dress guidelines and maintain neat appearance
- Work days, nights, and weekends as required
