Job Duties
- clean dishware and kitchen utensils promptly and thoroughly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen dishwashing area
- load and unload dishwashing machines efficiently
- assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning operations
- manage waste disposal and recycling in dishwashing areas
- support kitchen operations by maintaining a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils
