Job Duties

  • clean dishware and kitchen utensils promptly and thoroughly
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen dishwashing area
  • load and unload dishwashing machines efficiently
  • assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning operations
  • manage waste disposal and recycling in dishwashing areas
  • support kitchen operations by maintaining a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils
