- or one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions

- effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to read, write, and understand English
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions

Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, and organize all restaurant plateware, glassware, and silverware
- clean, sanitize, and organize all kitchen cookware, utensils, and storage containers
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen including kitchen floors, storage areas, back dock area, and dish station
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant exterior including parking lot, landscaping, and dumpster area
- observe safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions
- use equipment and materials properly
- ensure punctual attendance and coverage of shifts when absent
