  • ability to read and comprehend simple instructions

  • effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group situations

  • ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
  • ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions

Job Duties

  • Clean, sanitize, and organize all restaurant plateware, glassware, and silverware
  • clean, sanitize, and organize all kitchen cookware, utensils, and storage containers
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen including kitchen floors, storage areas, back dock area, and dish station
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant exterior including parking lot, landscaping, and dumpster area
  • observe safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions
  • use equipment and materials properly
  • ensure punctual attendance and coverage of shifts when absent
