Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area including guest and team member touch points
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- assist with organizing and storing cleaned items
- support kitchen operations by promptly removing dirty dishes and replenishing clean supplies
- adhere to all company sanitation policies
- contribute to a safe and efficient work environment
