Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, typically up to 50 pounds
- capacity for prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift
- frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
- good hand-eye coordination

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, ensuring proper cleanliness and functionality
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- follow proper sanitation and safety procedures at all times
- support kitchen staff as needed, including food storage and inventory management
