Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure proper cleanliness and functionality
  • wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
  • assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in both the kitchen and dishwashing areas
  • follow proper sanitation and safety procedures at all times
  • support kitchen staff as needed including food storage and inventory management
  • assist waitstaff and servers by restocking supplies, clearing tables, and delivering items to the front-of-house as needed
