Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry
- strong interpersonal skills
- basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- basic computer skills
- ability to maintain a flexible schedule
- ability to attend and successfully complete ongoing training and certification programs
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- ability to work near moving mechanical parts
- willingness to work in wet and humid conditions
- willingness to work with cleaning chemicals
- ability to perform essential functions for up to an 8-hour shift

Job Duties
- operate dish machine using proper levels of chemicals
- follow all regulations and system standards for sanitation
- buss, sort, rinse, and rack dishes
- place silverware in appropriate storage areas
- keep kitchen supplied with clean dishes
- keep floors, work area, and restrooms clean including trash disposal
- ensure the restaurant maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere
