Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • Progress toward or completion of a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Strong financial knowledge including P&L management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve operational problems
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work varied and rotating schedules including openings, peak periods, and closings

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent education and experience
  • At least seven years of restaurant industry experience including three years in multi-unit management
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and key performance indicators
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, safety, and quality standards

Job Duties

  • Ensures all restaurants are prepared for daily operations and holds General Managers accountable for opening and closing procedures
  • Facilitates budget development and financial forecasting to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Interviews, hires, promotes, and manages associates and holds staff accountable for compliance with company standards
  • Monitors product availability and processes invoices while managing vendor relations
  • Oversees maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment and facilities
  • Implements employee engagement initiatives and provides coaching and support to restaurant staff
  • Maintains compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulations and policies
