Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in operations management
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- basic computer proficiency
- physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds
- capacity to work indoors and outdoors
- ability to assume low physical postures
- effective communication skills in English
- ability to ensure child safety through sight and hearing
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in early business administration, operations management, or related field preferred
- proven experience in operations management preferably in educational or childcare settings
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- ability to use a computer with basic proficiency
- ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
- capable of working indoors and outdoors
- able to assume low postures for physical and visual contact with children
- able to see and hear well enough to ensure child safety
- proficient in English for communication with children and parents
Job Duties
- develop and implement operational plans aligned with mission and educational goals
- collaborate with leaders to integrate operational and educational strategies
- oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety
- manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- optimize resource allocation including budgets, staffing, and supplies
- monitor and manage family billing and operational expenses
- supervise administrative staff and center support providing leadership and guidance
- coordinate with Executive Director on staffing levels and payroll
- foster effective communication and collaboration among staff
- assist as needed with daily school operations including direct supervision of children
