Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in operations management
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • basic computer proficiency
  • physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds
  • capacity to work indoors and outdoors
  • ability to assume low physical postures
  • effective communication skills in English
  • ability to ensure child safety through sight and hearing

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in early business administration, operations management, or related field preferred
  • proven experience in operations management preferably in educational or childcare settings
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of budgeting and financial management
  • ability to use a computer with basic proficiency
  • ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
  • capable of working indoors and outdoors
  • able to assume low postures for physical and visual contact with children
  • able to see and hear well enough to ensure child safety
  • proficient in English for communication with children and parents

Job Duties

  • develop and implement operational plans aligned with mission and educational goals
  • collaborate with leaders to integrate operational and educational strategies
  • oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety
  • manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • optimize resource allocation including budgets, staffing, and supplies
  • monitor and manage family billing and operational expenses
  • supervise administrative staff and center support providing leadership and guidance
  • coordinate with Executive Director on staffing levels and payroll
  • foster effective communication and collaboration among staff
  • assist as needed with daily school operations including direct supervision of children
