Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in spa or wellness operations management
  • Experience leading a team in a hospitality environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial reporting
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in spa or wellness management preferably within a luxury hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing and revenue strategies
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial forecasting
  • Knowledge of spa industry trends, products, and services
  • Ability to resolve guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Experience with recruiting, training and developing staff

Job Duties

  • Direct and administer all Spa operations including guest service, product quality and innovation, merchandising and marketing/revenue generation, inventory management and cost controls, systems use and management, budget and forecasting, report generation, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement, and meeting participation and facilitation
  • Develop and implement spa menus and marketing strategies
  • Initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to promote spa services and maximize revenue
  • Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and make improvements
  • Monitor and develop team member performance including supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
  • Recruit, interview and train team members
  • Ensure team members have current knowledge of spa products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies
  • Resolve guest issues and concerns to guest satisfaction
