Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in spa or wellness operations management
- Experience leading a team in a hospitality environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial reporting
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in spa or wellness management preferably within a luxury hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing and revenue strategies
- Proficiency in budget management and financial forecasting
- Knowledge of spa industry trends, products, and services
- Ability to resolve guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Experience with recruiting, training and developing staff
Job Duties
- Direct and administer all Spa operations including guest service, product quality and innovation, merchandising and marketing/revenue generation, inventory management and cost controls, systems use and management, budget and forecasting, report generation, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement, and meeting participation and facilitation
- Develop and implement spa menus and marketing strategies
- Initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to promote spa services and maximize revenue
- Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and make improvements
- Monitor and develop team member performance including supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
- Recruit, interview and train team members
- Ensure team members have current knowledge of spa products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies
- Resolve guest issues and concerns to guest satisfaction
