Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or business related field
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience preferably in senior housing industry
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to engage with residents and associates
  • proficiency with CRM systems
  • knowledge of marketing compliance including HUD and Fair Housing Laws
  • ability to develop and implement marketing plans
  • willing to travel occasionally for off-site events

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in senior housing
  • elite communication skills
  • ability to connect meaningfully with residents, prospective residents, family members, and associates
  • proficiency in CRM systems
  • knowledge of marketing compliance requirements
  • strong strategic planning and business development skills
  • leadership and team management experience

Job Duties

  • Responds, engages, and converts leads as appropriate by service line and ministry guidelines
  • ensures departmental productivity and compliance with CRM system
  • manages customer experience from initial engagement to admission or move-in
  • develops and implements strategic annual sales and marketing plans
  • partners with creative services for marketing materials and branding
  • maintains market trend awareness to guide strategic decisions
  • markets services to potential clients and referral sources
  • develops community relations activities
  • performs market segmentation, targeting, and positioning for service lines
  • ensures regulatory compliance in marketing communications
  • daily management and supervision of sales and marketing department
  • evaluates department associates and implements coaching plans
  • completes marketing and sales reports
  • develops departmental financial budgets
  • participates in Manager on Duty weekend and holiday rotation
  • performs other assigned duties and complies with policies and procedures
