Job Duties
- Lead the People & Culture strategy and execution

- foster relationships and provide coaching
- support recruitment, selection, onboarding and development processes
- ensure compliance with legal and corporate policies
- evaluate effectiveness of People & Culture and Learning & Development programs
- analyze compensation and benefits trends to balance costs and employee experience
