Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • three to five years relevant experience in human resources or hospitality
  • local market knowledge
  • eligibility to work in the United States
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • occasional travel availability

Job Duties

  • Lead the People & Culture strategy and execution
  • champion top talent and support succession planning
  • act as a business partner to the hotel leadership
  • foster relationships and provide coaching
  • support recruitment, selection, onboarding and development processes
  • ensure compliance with legal and corporate policies
  • evaluate effectiveness of People & Culture and Learning & Development programs
  • analyze compensation and benefits trends to balance costs and employee experience
