Job Requirements
- BS/BA in management or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of operations or management experience
- Experience in leadership roles involving contract management, customer service, and staff development
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with diverse populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
Job Qualifications
- BS/BA in management or equivalent work experience required
- At least 5 years of operations/management experience
- Strong background in leadership with exposure to contract management, customer service, and people development
- Self-directed with a strong sense of urgency and team cooperation
- High energy level with a strong work ethic and performance expectations
- Able to work with diverse populations under difficult and stressful situations
- Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills
- Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
- Proficient in Windows-based office software including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Job Duties
- Monitor and hold departmental managers responsible for compliance with hospital policies, contractual provisions, procedures, and initiatives
- Participate in various hospital departments and committees
- Lead departmental managers to implement strategies and execute plans to optimize the long term relationship between the company and the client
- Initiate strategic processes that address continuously measurable improvements in service
- Work with department heads to address productivity, operational performance, staff retention and engagement
- Hold management teams accountable for compliance with HR policies and procedures including benefits, vacations, evaluations, EEOC, and regulatory compliance
- Assure that the highest standards of service are provided with a focus on patient satisfaction
