Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in foodservice management
  • Proven team leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in budget monitoring and financial reporting

Job Duties

  • Lead multiple dining operations with volumes exceeding $25 million
  • Develop, recommend, and implement regional policies and procedures
  • Support clinical and resident service programs meeting client and regulatory standards
  • Participate in sales to acquire new business
  • Monitor financial reports to ensure budget compliance
  • Develop and motivate an effective management team
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure contract compliance
  • Interface with clients to maintain satisfaction and retention
  • Resolve client, resident, and associate complaints
  • Conduct annual and semi-annual performance evaluations
  • Complete required reports as outlined by corporate policy
  • Project a high level of customer service
  • Train, motivate, and develop management personnel
