Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in service industry or contract services
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Financial management and budgeting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and implement contractual obligations
- Physical ability to handle lifting, bending, walking, and standing as required
- Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in food service, hospitality, facilities, or business management
- Strong focus on client and customer service and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients, senior management, and support staff
- Ability to interpret and implement contractual requirements effectively
- Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environments
- Proven leadership skills managing through other managers
- Experience creating and managing budgets and financial analysis
- Skilled in developing product sales strategies and implementing operational initiatives
Job Duties
- Lead a team providing operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on management
- Manage client and community relationships, continually assessing operations to improve service and satisfaction
- Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff to achieve organizational goals
- Recommend resources and methods for service improvement and growth aligned with contract obligations
- Partner with Finance to manage budgets and optimize financial and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards including safety and business conduct
- Monitor and maintain all records and reports related to compliance and operations
