Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, transportation management, or related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in transportation or logistics
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations and leading large teams
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans
- Proficiency with transportation management systems and software
Job Qualifications

- MBA or advanced degree preferred

- Proven track record in managing multi-site operations and leading large teams

- Ability to analyze complex data, develop strategies, and execute plans effectively
- Proficiency in transportation management systems and relevant software
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure high standards of service delivery
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies
- Promote and oversee safety programs, training, and audits
- Prepare and manage regional budgets to meet financial goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations managers and staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational processes
- Lead initiatives to improve technology, systems, and workflows for better efficiency
