Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or hospitality
- Minimum of 5 years experience in multi-unit restaurant management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel frequently to multiple restaurant locations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to analyze financial and operational data

Job Duties
- Manage performance of Restaurant General Managers (RGM), Restaurant Managers (RM), and Restaurant Supervisors (RS)
- Promote a fun and positive work environment by visiting restaurants regularly
- Hire and develop teams to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Drive restaurant sales growth and operational excellence
- Ensure delivery of Gold Standard guest experiences
- Implement strategies for operational efficiency and cost control
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align business objectives
