Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of multi-unit leadership in QSR or pizza/delivery concepts
  • Proven track record in P&L management and budgeting
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to analyze data and implement operational improvements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
  • Deep knowledge of restaurant operations and guest experience
  • Strong business acumen with hands-on experience managing P&Ls and budgets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence
  • Flexibility to travel regularly between store locations

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for a small portfolio of restaurants
  • Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and their teams
  • Champion a guest-first culture and monitor customer satisfaction metrics
  • Drive profitability through effective P&L management, budgeting, labor control, and food cost management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
  • Monitor and optimize restaurant performance through data-driven analysis and regular check-ins
  • Collaborate with marketing, HR, training, and supply chain teams to support local initiatives and corporate program rollouts
