Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing leadership experience in attractions, hospitality, entertainment, tourism, or related industries
- strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, social media, public relations, and event promotion
- experience managing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI
- excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- partner with executive leadership to ensure marketing strategies directly support revenue growth, attendance goals, and long-term business priorities
- develop and oversee integrated campaigns across advertising, media, partnerships, digital, social, and content to drive visitation and strengthen brand presence
- direct public relations efforts to increase media coverage, protect brand reputation, and ensure consistent, compelling messaging in a competitive market
- lead digital initiatives across website, SEO, SEM, email, paid media, and social platforms to generate ticket sales, group bookings, and repeat visitation
- oversee content creation that builds emotional connection, inspires curiosity, and deepens brand loyalty, supported by clear analytics and ROI measurement
- lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team while managing agencies, budget priorities, KPIs, and executive reporting to meet revenue and attendance targets
