Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing leadership experience in attractions, hospitality, entertainment, tourism, or related industries
  • strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, social media, public relations, and event promotion
  • experience managing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI
  • excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • master’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • partner with executive leadership to ensure marketing strategies directly support revenue growth, attendance goals, and long-term business priorities
  • develop and oversee integrated campaigns across advertising, media, partnerships, digital, social, and content to drive visitation and strengthen brand presence
  • direct public relations efforts to increase media coverage, protect brand reputation, and ensure consistent, compelling messaging in a competitive market
  • lead digital initiatives across website, SEO, SEM, email, paid media, and social platforms to generate ticket sales, group bookings, and repeat visitation
  • oversee content creation that builds emotional connection, inspires curiosity, and deepens brand loyalty, supported by clear analytics and ROI measurement
  • lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team while managing agencies, budget priorities, KPIs, and executive reporting to meet revenue and attendance targets
