Chick-fil-A Frederick North is nestled in Frederick, Maryland, located just an hour north of Washington DC. This restaurant is owned and operated by Dwight Sones, who has been at the helm since the grand opening in October 2017. Dwight brings a unique leadership style to Chick-fil-A Frederick North, influenced by his extensive 26-year tenure as an officer and pilot in the United States Air Force. Job Requirements
- Previous Chick-fil-A experience required
- experience working in a Chick-fil-A restaurant
- experience in back of house operations
- 40-45 hours per week availability including evenings and Saturdays
- ability to follow food safety procedures
- review EcoSure and QIV reports and adjust accordingly
- strong analytical skills
- committed to corporate mission and values
- willingness to commit for at least two years
- ability to work full-time, including weekends and varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- minimum 1 year Chick-fil-A experience
- experience in restaurant or quick service food industry
- back of house operations experience
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- passion for Chick-fil-A and understanding of corporate purpose, mission, and values
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certified (preferred)
- experience coaching and developing team members
Job Duties
- Deliver operational excellence and foster team member growth
- report directly to the Restaurant Owner/Operator and develop managers and mid-level leaders
- set standards for operational excellence and lead by example
- serve as a liaison to the Operator to develop tools for long-term success
- act on behalf of and in the best interest of the Operator
- manage a team of 50+ creating an inspiring vision and holding people accountable
- increase profitability through cost reduction, productivity improvements, and sales promotion
- provide highest quality guest experience through all sales channels
- maintain food and team safety by enforcing safety procedures
- work hands-on in daily restaurant operations up to 75% of time
