Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A corporate finance
- Proven experience leading capital planning G&A and building an annual operating plan
- Exceptional financial modeling storytelling and communication skills
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior executives and field leaders
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with operations control and technology teams
- Highly proficient in Excel and BI tools planning systems a plus
- Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods and participate in meetings with various stakeholders
- Occasional travel may be required
- Applicants must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field

- Experience in restaurant multi-unit retail or food manufacturing preferred
Job Duties
- Own the company-wide financial planning process including annual budgeting long-range planning and monthly forecasting
- Lead financial modeling scenario planning and ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions such as new unit development
- Prepare executive-level financial materials board decks and performance insights in partnership with the CFO
- Partner cross-functionally with operations supply chain marketing and IT to support initiatives with financial analysis and guidance develop financial KPIs and dashboards
- Oversee company G&A partnering with cross-functional departments to manage against budgets
- Manage corporate capital spend and ensure new restaurants achieve sales hurdle targets
- Champion financial literacy across the organization through tools training and simplified reporting
- Implement scalable planning tools and systems that support a growing multi-location business
