Job Duties

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the UCALL program
  • Oversee daily operations and long-term growth of UCALL
  • Partner with committees and faculty for curriculum planning
  • Manage logistics including registration, scheduling, and technology
  • Execute outreach and marketing strategies
  • Handle program budget, financial reporting, and fundraising
  • Serve as primary contact for UCALL members
  • Plan and coordinate academic affairs events
  • Support faculty affairs including staffing and appointment processes
  • Facilitate faculty review, promotion, and leave processes
  • Maintain records and academic websites
  • Manage office and UCALL budgets
  • Process expense reports and payments
  • Coordinate student and faculty awards
  • Handle calendaring and scheduling tasks
