Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the UCALL program
- Oversee daily operations and long-term growth of UCALL
- Partner with committees and faculty for curriculum planning
- Manage logistics including registration, scheduling, and technology
- Execute outreach and marketing strategies
- Handle program budget, financial reporting, and fundraising
- Serve as primary contact for UCALL members
- Plan and coordinate academic affairs events
- Support faculty affairs including staffing and appointment processes
- Facilitate faculty review, promotion, and leave processes
- Maintain records and academic websites
- Manage office and UCALL budgets
- Process expense reports and payments
- Coordinate student and faculty awards
- Handle calendaring and scheduling tasks
