- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience managing facilities teams
- Experience managing large corporate offices grounds food service etc.
- Finance or accounting knowledge a plus

Job Duties
- Direct daily corporate building operations ensuring Uline’s quality and performance standards are met
- Oversee a facilities team of 150+ employees to foster a positive culture and ensure efficient operations
- Conduct facilities audits and work with managers to resolve any issues to ensure campuses are in top shape
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors supporting custodial food services landscaping FFE and facility projects
- Develop budgets and reports to shape long-term strategy for facility projects and operations
