Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to manage complex operations
- knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manages event planning operations and staff
- oversees banquet, catering, event service, and technology departments
- ensures seamless event execution from sales to operations
- maximizes revenue through upselling and accurate forecasting
- collaborates with culinary team on menu development and compliance
- maintains inventory and operational standards
- develops relationships with vendors to enhance event experience
- leads customer service initiatives and resolves guest complaints
- manages budgets to meet financial goals
- conducts team training on emergency and safety procedures
- communicates event operations status and adjustments
- supports human resources compliance and staffing reviews
