Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management or similar preferred
- 3-5 years of EVS management experience
- Strong knowledge of facility and EVS maintenance procedures
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
- Proficient computer and administrative skills
- Experience in employee management, accounting, and HR functions
- Experience managing budgets and purchasing
- Mechanical aptitude and industry language understanding

Job Duties
- Manage housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure high cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Develop, mentor, and retain a motivated and skilled team of hourly employees
- Oversee facility safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Manage budgets and purchasing related to environmental services
- Administer employee management functions including HR and accounting tasks
- Utilize strong computer and administrative skills for operational reporting and control
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
