Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or similar preferred
  • 3-5 years of EVS management experience
  • Strong knowledge of facility and EVS maintenance procedures
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
  • Proficient computer and administrative skills
  • Experience in employee management, accounting, and HR functions
  • Experience managing budgets and purchasing
  • Mechanical aptitude and industry language understanding

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of management experience in environmental services or similar industry
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and EVS procedures

Job Duties

  • Manage housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure high cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Develop, mentor, and retain a motivated and skilled team of hourly employees
  • Oversee facility safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Manage budgets and purchasing related to environmental services
  • Administer employee management functions including HR and accounting tasks
  • Utilize strong computer and administrative skills for operational reporting and control
