Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in business management or similar field desired
- 3-5 years of experience in environmental services management
- strong knowledge of facility and EVS maintenance procedures

- mechanically inclined with understanding of EVS industry terminology

Job Duties
- oversee environmental services operations and patient transport within the facility
- ensure facility cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance meet company and client standards
- lead, mentor, and develop hourly team members to maximize performance and retention
- manage employee relations, human resources functions, and administrative tasks
- oversee budgeting and purchasing for the environmental services department
- ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- collaborate with clients and internal teams to maintain high-quality service delivery
