Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree level education preferred
- Experience in senior living dining or outsourced healthcare food service
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial analysis
- Effective interpersonal communication
- Knowledge of contractual obligations
- Physical ability to perform job demands including lifting, bending, and standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
- Strong client and customer service focus
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read, understand, and implement contractual requirements
- Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality
- Proven leadership through other managers
- Experience managing budgets and financial controls
- Skilled in developing product sales strategies and operational initiatives
Job Duties
- Leads a team providing operational expertise in contracted services
- Manages client and community relationships
- Assesses operations and develops plans for optimal service
- Builds, develops, and leads management team and staff
- Recommends methods and resources for service improvement
- Manages budget and financial performance in partnership with Finance
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and Aramark's standards of operation
