Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management, business, or related field preferred
- 10 years of progressive experience in quality food and beverage operations management
- Previous experience overseeing multiple food and beverage venues
- Current state health and sanitation certification required
- Ability to supervise, hire, train, and motivate staff
- Strong orientation with Microsoft office and POS system experience
- Effective communication and financial skills
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications required or must be willing to obtain
- Willingness to obtain CDM and CFBE certifications as required

- Previous experience overseeing multiple food and beverage venues
- Knowledge and skills in budgets, reporting, training, and staff management
- Current state health and sanitation certification
- Ability to supervise, hire, train, and motivate staff
- Strong systems orientation with Microsoft office skills and POS system experience
- Effective communication and financial acumen
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) designation is a plus
- Willingness to obtain CDM and Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE) certifications as required
- Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business, or related field preferred
Job Duties
- Direct all aspects of dining services in multiple food and beverage operations including care venues
- Ensure a high quality and welcoming dining experience for residents and guests
- Supervise, hire, train, and motivate dining services staff
- Manage budgets, reporting, and financial aspects of dining operations
- Maintain compliance with state health and sanitation certification
- Implement and oversee training programs for staff
- Collaborate with the management team to align dining services with community standards and objectives
