Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management, business, or related field preferred
  • 10 years of progressive experience in quality food and beverage operations management
  • Previous experience overseeing multiple food and beverage venues
  • Current state health and sanitation certification required
  • Ability to supervise, hire, train, and motivate staff
  • Strong orientation with Microsoft office and POS system experience
  • Effective communication and financial skills
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications required or must be willing to obtain
  • Willingness to obtain CDM and CFBE certifications as required

Job Qualifications

  • 10 years of progressive experience in quality food and beverage operations management in restaurants, country clubs, hotels, or senior living companies
  • Previous experience overseeing multiple food and beverage venues
  • Knowledge and skills in budgets, reporting, training, and staff management
  • Current state health and sanitation certification
  • Ability to supervise, hire, train, and motivate staff
  • Strong systems orientation with Microsoft office skills and POS system experience
  • Effective communication and financial acumen
  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) designation is a plus
  • Willingness to obtain CDM and Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE) certifications as required
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business, or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Direct all aspects of dining services in multiple food and beverage operations including care venues
  • Ensure a high quality and welcoming dining experience for residents and guests
  • Supervise, hire, train, and motivate dining services staff
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and financial aspects of dining operations
  • Maintain compliance with state health and sanitation certification
  • Implement and oversee training programs for staff
  • Collaborate with the management team to align dining services with community standards and objectives
