- Minimum 2 years of comparable kitchen management experience and 5+ years of high-volume cooking experience

Job Duties
- Lead daily kitchen operations including staffing scheduling service execution and quality control
- Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance while maintaining strong productivity and standards
- Maintain recipe consistency and elevate menus for special events and community programming
- Drive resident and guest satisfaction through outstanding food preparation communication and service partnership
- Manage ordering inventory and equipment oversight to control costs reduce waste and stay within budget
- Train coach and develop culinary team members reinforce safety food handling and cleanliness expectations
- Partner with on-site leadership and organizational support teams to align dining goals with community priorities
- Recruit hire onboard and performance-manage kitchen staff with a fair and consistent approach
