  • Culinary degree or certificate program completion
  • Strong English communication skills written and verbal
  • Comfortable with a flexible schedule based on service needs
  • Experience using workplace technology MS Office POS systems
  • Minimum 2 years of comparable kitchen management experience and 5+ years of high-volume cooking experience
  • Reliable attendance and consistent dependability are essential

Job Duties

  • Lead daily kitchen operations including staffing scheduling service execution and quality control
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance while maintaining strong productivity and standards
  • Maintain recipe consistency and elevate menus for special events and community programming
  • Drive resident and guest satisfaction through outstanding food preparation communication and service partnership
  • Manage ordering inventory and equipment oversight to control costs reduce waste and stay within budget
  • Train coach and develop culinary team members reinforce safety food handling and cleanliness expectations
  • Partner with on-site leadership and organizational support teams to align dining goals with community priorities
  • Recruit hire onboard and performance-manage kitchen staff with a fair and consistent approach
