Job Requirements

  • college degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 3 years of management experience in food and beverage operations
  • banquet experience preferred
  • proficiency in English
  • strong leadership skills
  • food handler certification
  • tips certification
  • ability to use food and beverage computer systems
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • no visa sponsorship available

  • minimum of 3 years management experience in high-end food and beverage operations
  • banquet experience preferred
  • strong organization skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • ability to operate food and beverage computer systems

  • tips certification
  • proficiency in English language

Job Duties

  • plan and organize banquet operations
  • lead and manage banquet department employees
  • coordinate banquet setup and detailed service
  • collaborate with Food & Beverage and Sales & Catering teams
  • ensure guest satisfaction and high service standards
  • control costs and manage labor effectively
  • oversee maintenance and merchandising related to banquet services
