- minimum 3 years of management experience in food and beverage operations
- banquet experience preferred
- proficiency in English
- strong leadership skills
- food handler certification
- tips certification
- ability to use food and beverage computer systems
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- plan and organize banquet operations
- lead and manage banquet department employees
- coordinate banquet setup and detailed service
- collaborate with Food & Beverage and Sales & Catering teams
- ensure guest satisfaction and high service standards
- control costs and manage labor effectively
- oversee maintenance and merchandising related to banquet services
