Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Graduate degree desirable
- 10+ years of real estate management experience preferred
- Ability to work on-site 100% of the time
- Willingness to provide 24x7 on-call coverage
- Availability to travel approximately 25%
- Ability to work within matrix organizations and influence others
- No immigration sponsorship available
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, facilities management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred
- Graduate degree in a related field is desirable
- 10+ years of real estate management experience with increasing responsibility is preferred
- Demonstrated strength in project management, property, asset and facilities management, real estate finance/accounting and leasing with particular skill in at least one area
- Strong oral communication and listening skills
- Customer service-focused approach
- Ability to work through ambiguity to drive solutions
- Quick-thinking and calm under pressure
Job Duties
- Leading a team focused on delivering quality services to enable the success of Fidelity businesses
- Leading resources that handle day-to-day functions of facilities management including operational risk management, vendor management, critical infrastructure and engineering, repairs and maintenance, amenities, cleaning, landscaping
- Ensuring outsourced resources provide quality property and facility management services per contractual agreements, focusing on risk mitigation and operational excellence
- Reviewing and approving all building expenses and working closely with Fidelity Real Estate Finance on tracking, validating, and controlling costs
- Developing annual and multi-year regional operating and infrastructure capital plans and presenting them to senior leaders
- Partnering with Real Estate teams to align priorities, develop and implement regional programs and projects
- Partnering with Engineering Services to ensure consistent standards and performance
- Cultivating key partnerships with Global Security, Enterprise Infrastructure, and Enterprise Business Resiliency to meet business unit contingency needs
- Supporting the Sustainability Office and Regional Sustainability Workstreams to promote environmental initiatives
- Drafting and sending communications regarding building disruptions or campus work with action plans to address
