Job Requirements

  • Completion of tenth grade education or above preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Ability to work a minimum of three shifts per week
  • Flexibility to work different days and shifts
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Successfully pass a drug screening
  • Verification of employment and credentials

Job Qualifications

  • Completion of tenth grade education or above preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is beneficial
  • Flexible availability to work different days and shifts
  • Ability to work a minimum of three shifts per week

Job Duties

  • Waiting on tables and taking food and drink orders
  • Ensuring all orders are served accurately
  • Maintaining knowledge of the daily menu, specials, and desserts
  • Collaborating with management to resolve customer concerns
  • Assisting with seating guests, clearing and resetting tables
  • Performing end-of-shift side work and restocking
  • Engaging in light food preparation such as plating salads and desserts
  • Supporting other dining areas as needed
  • Creating an above-average dining experience through exceptional customer service
