Job Requirements

  • One year of prior experience in a management capacity
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain client and customer relationships
  • Capability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, transport, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • One year of prior experience in a management capacity is essential
  • Preference is given to those with a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Sustaining productive client and customer relationships to promote mutually beneficial business interactions
  • Competence in showcasing superb customer service utilizing the standardized service model set forth by Aramark
  • Capability to maintain harmonious working relationships with different departments to provide a seamless dining experience to customers
  • Could involve sporadic lifting, transporting, pushing, and pulling of items up to 50 lbs
  • Must have the stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • The Dining Services Manager is a management position responsible for developing and implementing dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes
  • Oversees and manages dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu
  • Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential
  • Reward and recognize employees
  • Ensure individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations
  • Plan and lead daily team briefings
  • Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations Client Relationship
  • Identify client needs and communicate operational progress Financial Performance
  • Ensure the completion and maintenance of P andL statements
  • Deliver client and company financial targets
  • Follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
  • Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
  • Supervise team regarding production, quality and control Compliance
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees
