Job Requirements
- One year of prior experience in a management capacity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain client and customer relationships
- Capability to work collaboratively across departments
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, transport, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- One year of prior experience in a management capacity is essential
- Preference is given to those with a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Sustaining productive client and customer relationships to promote mutually beneficial business interactions
- Competence in showcasing superb customer service utilizing the standardized service model set forth by Aramark
- Capability to maintain harmonious working relationships with different departments to provide a seamless dining experience to customers
- Could involve sporadic lifting, transporting, pushing, and pulling of items up to 50 lbs
- Must have the stamina to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- The Dining Services Manager is a management position responsible for developing and implementing dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes
- Oversees and manages dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu
- Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential
- Reward and recognize employees
- Ensure individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations
- Plan and lead daily team briefings
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations Client Relationship
- Identify client needs and communicate operational progress Financial Performance
- Ensure the completion and maintenance of P andL statements
- Deliver client and company financial targets
- Follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
- Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
- Supervise team regarding production, quality and control Compliance
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees
