Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous kitchen or dining services experience preferred
- ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- strong organizational and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- ability to work full-time day shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, desired
- previous kitchen management experience, desired
- active ServSafe Certification and CDM, desired
- willingness to undergo training and certification provided by Edgewood
- desire to continue learning and improving skillset
- passion and drive for helping others
Job Duties
- Hire, train, and supervise dining staff
- oversee the preparation of meals for residents, staff, and guests based on company-established menus and recipes
- maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining room
- assist with achieving budget goals, inventory management, and production control
- follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
