  • Supervise and manage activities involving the manufacturing delivery and provision of food services

  • Abide by all relevant policies guidelines and statutes such as those concerning safety health and labor laws
  • Create and uphold protocols for the procurement acceptance handling storage cooking and presentation of food items in addition to developing menus
  • Forecast operational elements and analyze any differences
  • Accountable for managing accounting tasks associated with these elements
  • Verify that the necessary standards for cleanliness and safety are upheld in designated areas
  • Oversee and manage unit staff in areas of production marketing ensuring quality standards controlling expenses overseeing workforce management and providing training to employees
