Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary arts or related field preferred
- Three to five years of experience in foodservice operations
- Experience in high volume production and catering
- Proven ability to manage budgets and P&L
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Job Duties
- Working as a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a Senior Living dining account
- You will manage and lead a team of 12-15 hourly associates
- You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
- Work with the Executive Chef, sous chef and Registered Dietician on creating menus and providing top quality food
- Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Roll out new culinary programs
