Job Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years experience in food service management
- Certification in food safety preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the Dining Services Department
- Prepare food items and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
- Follow menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions
- Act as lead Chef up to three days per week
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage food inventory and control costs
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
