Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2-4 years food service management experience
  • safe serve certification
  • proven leadership abilities
  • experience in food preparation
  • ability to manage budgets and analyze reports
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • education in culinary, hospitality, or food management
  • 2-4 years food service management experience in hospitality
  • demonstrated leadership of diverse teams
  • current Safe Serve or relevant certification
  • experience in food preparation
  • ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • budgeting and financial analysis skills
  • moderate computer skills in Microsoft suite
  • positive attitude and energy
  • strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage front and back of house dining operations
  • build, develop, and manage dietary associates
  • establish communication plans with team, residents, families, and guests
  • engage with residents during meal service to ensure satisfaction
  • solicit feedback on menu preferences and dining experiences
  • assist in budget development and maintenance
  • develop vendor relationships
  • maintain safe, clean kitchen and dining environments
  • collaborate with other departments to support marketing and public relations
  • participate in special projects and assignments
