Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years food service management experience in hospitality
- ability to lead and manage diverse team
- Safe Serve or relevant certification required
- experience with food preparation
- strong organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- budget management skills
- ability to analyze reports
- proficiency with Microsoft suite
- positive attitude and strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- bachelors degree preferred with focus on culinary, hospitality, or food management
- food service management experience of 2-4 years in hospitality (country club, banquets)
- demonstrated leadership of diverse staff from dishwashers to chefs
- current Safe Serve or relevant certification
- experience in food preparation
- organizational and multitasking skills
- budget planning and management ability
- report analysis skills
- moderate computer skills with Microsoft suite
- positive attitude, enthusiasm, and energy
- strong communication skills
Job Duties
- manage dining operations for front and back of the house
- build and manage dietary associates
- establish communication plans with team members, residents, family members, and guests
- act as visible and approachable presence during meal service
- engage with residents to exceed dining expectations
- gather feedback on menu preferences and dining experiences
- assist in budget development and maintenance
- develop vendor relationships
- maintain clean and safe kitchen and dining areas
- prepare meals with the team
- support marketing and public relations efforts
- participate in special projects and assignments
