Job Requirements
- A valid Fayette County Food Handler’s License is required for all food and beverage staff and must be obtained prior to the first scheduled shift
- A Kentucky Horse Racing Commission license is required for all track workers and will be provided upon hire
- Be at least 16 years old

- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be friendly, approachable, and able to create a positive first impression
- Be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Be able to stand for extended periods and remain attentive during busy shifts
- Be at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating assignments to optimize dining room flow
- Escort guests to their tables with professionalism and friendliness
- Maintain an organized and tidy host station and dining room entrance
- Collaborate with servers and management to ensure timely seating and service
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with a positive and helpful attitude
- Adhere to Keeneland’s standards of guest service and hospitality at all times
- Assist with light cleaning duties and dining room setup as needed
